Dear Friends and Partners

We are delighted to welcome you to Safety Gala Albania 2026, taking place on 9 December 2026 in Tirana.

Join us in this meaningful initiative as we continue our unwavering commitment to advancing safety, health, and wellbeing - a commitment that has guided our efforts since 2015, when the journey began with the Tirana Gas Pipelines Safety Workshop. Over the years, this initiative has evolved into Safety Gala Albania and the Tirana International Safety Conference, becoming a leading platform for promoting Safety Culture, sustainability, and responsible leadership across industries.

Under this year's theme, "United by Safety - Leading with Excellence," we will explore how visionary leadership, effective governance, innovation, and collaboration can drive safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplaces and communities.

Bringing together business leaders, policymakers, safety professionals, academics, and industry experts from Albania and abroad, Safety Gala Albania offers a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging challenges, showcase best practices, and strengthen partnerships that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Aligned with ESG principles and the Sustainable Development Goals, the conference serves as a forum for meaningful dialogue on the future of occupational safety and health, organizational resilience, workforce wellbeing, and sustainable business performance.

We invite you to join us in Tirana on 9 December 2026 for a day of insightful presentations, engaging discussions, professional networking, and shared learning as we work together to shape the future of safety.

We look forward to welcoming you to this inspiring event and celebrating our collective commitment to a safer and more sustainable future.

Together, we are United by Safety - Leading with Excellence.
